Missionaries = good bday parties

Dude this pday was fire. We balled out with some kids for like 2 hours. They thought I was really good. (Casual Shrug( ‘ What can I say lol. Then I started an English fast for a week. So this, my journal and the music is the only English I hear. I love the mission! You really learn to grow closer to our Heavenly Father.

Today I gave my first blessing! In Spanish too. I was so nervous it was such a cool feeling. Then today a lot of citas fell through and contacting near lunchtime is hard cause everyone is ready for their siesta lol. Then we were at the doctors forever for Elder Wood´s eye. He is all good don´t even stress folks. Then we had a super cool lesson with Antonella. You could tell she felt the spirit. Especially when we testified of the truthfulness of the Book of Mormon. Oh and one of the members we have lunch with said her friends called us models and I look 15 lol.

Today was roasting. I have a nice watch tan lin )YEET=. Then we taught Rocio, Gustavo and Teresa today )2x= to help Gustavo prepare to receive the priesthood. The second time after the lesson they looked up Javelin Man lol. Then we had a super cool lesson with Sandra about the Plan of Salvation. I love testifying of the Atonement of Jesus Christ! It truly is the most important event ever and it was for each person individually! Christ loves us all so much. And we got some real good icecream from Grido.

Dude I did two lessons today! Really they were just short messages but still! Rocio, Gustavo and Teresa say my Spanish has improved a lot! Then Elder Wood made me practice my singing because apparently it is not up to par. Then we played basketball with some kids and are gonna teach them on Monday. Elder Wood told me a story of how a kid he taught is going on a mission and it all started with playing basketball with him. Let me tell you I am mentally exhausted. Translating in your head all day takes it out of you. But we always grinding!

Choo! We shared a talk by Uchtdorf today to Rocio, Gustavo and Teresa. I know it was good and I couldn´t even understand all of it lol. Then I taught a lesson! Elder Wood had to review parts of it cause Elsa could not understand everything I said but still! Then we had an awesome lesson with the Chief of Police. Him and his wife felt the spirit so strong during the lesson.

After I thought I was gonna pee my pants so we rushed down to a members house and luckily he was home or I was a goner.

Today was a weird day lol. We couldn´t find anyone all day but we did have a really cool lesson in the morning. Then we were invited to 3 birthday parties. One person stopped her car even ‘ we did not go lol. And found out me and Elder Wood are staying together for another 6 weeks! Let´s get it! In the afternoon we got to teach a lesson to Rocio, Gustavo and Teresa again! I always love having lessons with them. We also made pancakes with them. Then we had to run home again to make it home in time.

Today Gustavo received the Aaronic Priesthood! That was freaking awesome!

Today we also said goodbye to Elder Trythal because he is headed to America close to Neuquen. So we were with him at the terminal for awhile. Then after he left we were in a trio with Elder Harbican. But I locked the keys in the apartment so we had to break in before we could do anything )we got in don´t even stress=. Then we had some awesome lessons today! With Gabrielle, a Nuevo, Nico, a Nuevo, and Rocio, Gustavo and Teresa. And we visited Andrea, who has ten cats, and the stairwells were so dark it was like a little maze. Today was just one of those days that makes you say, ¨ME ENCANTA LA OBRA!¨

Spiritual Thought: this week I just want to share my testimony with all of you. I know this church is true. I know the Book of Mormon is true. The quote by Joseph Smith in the introduction of the Book of Mormon, we can draw closer to God by simply reading the Book of Mormon everyday. And Jesus Christ is our savior he loves us all so much! I love the mission and know this work is true. Love you all so much!
